HOW WE DO IT

We collect municipal solid waste from the community and then sort them out to separate the organic waste which comes from food components, leaves, plastic waste and others. Assorted plastic will be reproduced as RDF which serve as fuel for cements companies and power plants. This is a cleaner fuel alternative for these companies as opposed to using coal.

  • Organic waste will be processed and treated to become quality compost to fertilize and nourish the soil. This will help the local community to grow crops and vegetables.
  • Plastic waste is used to make plastic products such as plastic wood composite and refined oil and gas, which we will use as fuel for the garbage trucks.

WASTE MANAGEMENT

Muang Sa Ad Company has been given the trust from the municipals of the major provinces in Thailand to do the waste management services. With the fleet of garbage trucks and equipment as well as trained garbage collectors and truck drivers, we are ready to provide the best services to our customers and their communities. For efficiency and safety, there is a GPS tracking system on all garbage trucks for the purpose of easy tracking and inspection. We also have a standard weighing system and a real time display to let customers know the level and amount of services completed. In order to provide the most efficient services to our customers, we have a flexible working system and processes which allows changes to be made to the collecting times and routing.

ASSEMBLY – REMANUFACTURING

Muang Sa Ad Group also specializes in garbage truck assembly and this has allowed for cost efficiency within the group with the ability to customize the tank size to suit all requirements. Currently, we can produce many types of garbage trucks whether it's a hook lift, a side-bin lift, a rear compactor and others. The advantage of having our own production is that we have the ability to customize the body of the truck to the requirements of the areas and routes of collection. We will also have our own internal team to service and repair the trucks on site as well as at the factory.

RESOURCE RECOVERY

Turning Waste Into Resources
The waste collected will be disposed to the Material Recovery Facility. The waste will be separated into different types as follows:

  • RDF
  • Compost
  • Recycling materials
  • Others (non-combustible materials)

WASTE TO ENERGY

Clean Renewable Energy
Plastic recovered from the waste collected will be cleaned and converted into oil from the Pyrolysis process. This oil will be refined and can be used as fuel for the garbage trucks covering our operations all around Thailand.
